Q:  Are you still open for business.

A: We are business as usual. We can still process your orders, customs clearance and deliver to your nominated address.


Q: Are they any delays because of the Covid-19 pandemic.

A: Yes, there will be approximately, 2-4 weeks delay in delivery time, subject to customs clearance. Please kindly note it is outside the control of JC Doll Pty Ltd in regards to the delivery time. We appreciate your patience during this challenging period of time.

Q: What is the doll made of?

A: The dolls are made from TPE material.


Q:What is TPE?

A: TPE stands for Thermoplastic elastomers.


Q: How long will it take to receive my doll after purchase?

A: We use our independent logistics to deliver your purchases. Usually around 8 weeks.


Q: How do I clean my sex doll?

A: We recommend using water and neutral soap to clean your doll. Please do not use chemicals and alcohol. For further information, refer to doll's manual.


Q: How do I maintain and care for the body of my doll?

A: You can use water and neutral soap to wash your doll but don't use hot water or chemicals. Always dry your doll. For brand new clothing, always test if there's colour transfer. For further information, refer to doll's manual.



Q: What's the best way to store my doll?

A: Store your doll vertically with all limbs folded down.


About Purchase 

Q: Will I have to pay any import duties or customs taxes on my doll?

A: You don't need to worry as the customs taxes are paid for.


Q: Discreet purchase?

A: Your doll will come in a cardboard package as do most home furniture.


Q: I made the wrong choice. Do you do exchanges?

A: No, unfortunately, so please make sure the doll and all options are correct.


Q: Cancellation 

  1. Customised order may not be cancelled.
  2. 12 Hours Cancellation Period apply.
  3. If for exceptional reasons the cancellation is accepted by JC Doll after the 12 Hours Cancellation Period. The cancellation will be subject to JC Doll’s Deposit fee of twenty percent (20.0%) from the value of the Product order. JC will provide to Buyer a refund of funds paid minus the Deposit fee to the Buyer’s original payment method
  4. Other fees may apply such as administration fee and transaction fees when refunding funds. 


Q: There's a problem with my doll. What do I do?

A: Send us an email by leaving your name, email and the nature of the problem. We aim to resolve your problem.
